This machine is a new developed lacquered panel sander which adopts advanced technology from abroad. The polishing roller adopting soft material is dynamically balanced precisely. Frequency inverter, providing wide range of belt speed to match the variety of different paints, controls the belt speed.
A variable speed unit controls the conveyor belt speed, and feed speed can be varied as desired to suit all types of work-piece material, assuring superior sanding quality. The brush roller built at out feed end of the machine can clean powder on the sanded panel. The air jet cleaner place at the top of the belt can clean dust.
The conveyor table height adjustment to thickness by means of micro-accurate setting of work digital read-out, data entered via the keyboard easily that enable rapid and accurate setting of work piece thickness. This machine is one of the necessary equipment for manufacturing furniture, bamboo floor and wooden floor.
